Project Description

Our client’s old hallway bathroom was cramped, dimly lit, and terribly outdated. Our team replaced the framed linen closet which had extended to the ceiling with a natural wood cabinet allowing light from the new larger window to penetrate the room. Since the existing doorway wouldn’t allow for a wider tub, we installed a deeper soaking tub to provide a more comfortable bathing experience in the limited space. The new “floating vanity” gives the illusion of a larger space, and has been sized to allow for a small alcove where the clients have placed a comfortable leather sitting chair.

This project won the National Association of the Remodeling Industry NW Regional Contractor of the Year Award for Residential Bathroom under $30K in 2012.
