Project Description

Before moving into their new home, the owners decided to remodel the small, dark, and outdated master bathroom. Our team “unlocked” the bathroom from the interior of the home by expanding into and relocating the original walk-in closet space. The homeowners can now enjoy an abundance of natural light and scenery from the comfort of their new soaking tub or glass shower, without being seen by people outside. As an added bonus, a private view corridor was created from the client’s home office through the bathroom windows, shower, and down the hillside.

This project won the Oregon Remodeler’s Association Outstanding Remodeling Achievement Award for Residential Bathroom $30-$60K in 2012, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry NW Regional Contractor of the Year Award for Residential Bath $30-$60K in 2013.
